Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre® are PRENATAL and POSTPARTUM fitness programs that moms can do WITH their babies. Our unique programs are designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!" We provide moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their children, and to form lasting friendships.
Stroller Strides® classes focus on power walking or jogging with intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
Stroller Barre® classes are poised to become the new favorite in town. Using isometric training techniques, Stroller Barre is a full body workout in which the stroller is used as a barre, for resistance and balance. Inspired by ballet and Pilates, Stroller Barre is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, both programs cater to every level of exerciser. Our instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
Stroller-aged children must remain in the stroller for the duration of the workout (required). Kiddos typically range from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
A jogging stroller is NOT required to participate in either Stroller Strides® or Stroller Barre®.
Your UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP includes BOTH Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre® class formats.
